Every piece is handmade in Munich and packed with care. Because ceramics are fragile, we use double boxing and plenty of padding for every order.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For new collection drops, processing may take a little longer – we'll keep you updated by email.

SHIPPING RATES

Germany: €7

European Union: €25

United States: €55 per order + 15% of the order value for import duties – all duties & taxes included

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia & Japan: €55 per order

All shipments are tracked and insured. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

DUTIES & TAXES

United States: All import duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost. No extra fees at delivery.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Japan and other countries outside the EU: Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your country's customs office and are not included in our prices.

DELIVERY TIMES (after shipping)

Germany: 1–3 business days

EU: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom & Switzerland: 4–8 business days

USA: 7–14 business days

Australia & Japan: 10–21 business days

Please note that customs processing can occasionally cause delays.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at zoisoley.ceramics@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll take care of it with a replacement or refund.

LOCAL PICKUP & MUNICH DELIVERY

Local pickup and delivery within Munich are available by arrangement – just contact us.
